Hi y’all, I’m gathering components for my AKV n starting with the guts. I already have a trigger group with the braided hammer spring n was wondering if anyone’s using the ALG high energy spring with a regular trigger group (the aforementioned PSA FCG) in their AKV?

You can. I recommend the whole ALG trigger. Be prepared to empty the whole mag in about 5 seconds though, it bumpfires REALLY easily.
LoL, I have tremors so I’m looking to maximize reliability over bump fire.
I can’t wait to SBR this thing n rip through mags fast as phuck though. My last full fun switch experience was over twenty years ago in a Sheriff’s back yard with an MP5. Very cool dude, my cousin probably still knows that leo.
The fqctory trigger will bump fire also, just not as easily. Just an FYI
Phuckin sweet, just as I was hoping for. I don’t really need to get too many other parts to make it functional as I already have spare AKM parts just begging to be installed. The stuff I want for it is a different story. Wood pistol grip (Thicc Mika) from Khyber Customs, a few more mags, dong lhg n a laminate uhg, tax stamp, laminate AKM stock, knob for the charging handle, surplus sling, big window dot for my astigmatism eyes, light n a mount, and ammo… lots of ammo.
i’d probably just keep the factory pring with the factory trigger setup, and then if i ever upgraded it i’d go to the ALG ak trigger… that trigger is a ton of fun in these.
