Henry US survival

A week or so ago my oldest son gives me a Henry survival rifle brand new in the box. Also referred to as the AR7.

He did a complete change to his rifle, he did not like the off centered “fat” stock.

I gave him the grip (removed from my PA10), buffer tube and MOE stock…the rest of the parts he ordered.

Simple fire control group.
I for one will leave mine as is but l like the feel and look of his!

Nice setup. Any idea where he found the extended magazine? My grandson has an unmodified ar7 and would love to find him some larger mags for it.

I dont know where he got the mags but this place has standard and extended rd mags for sale. I have not dealt with them so I dont know how reliable they are.

Conversion kit came from Haga Defense but that stick mag from somewhere else. He had to fit it to make it run.
Thanx for the link! I will share with him!!!
BTW: 25 rnd but only likes 20 a load.

I had an older one that stayed in truck box of my Rhino. I finally ended up giving it to my son. It is a compact little package and mine was pretty accurate. It took a little to get used to but overall a really cool survival rifle.
