Great video! Today I learned something new, and want to get a PSA Rock even more.
But am I the only one who noticed that the presenter didn’t blink? Like, at all? I found myself getting into a staring contest with him and only was able to blink when he did the video cuts.
I noticed that too. Kinda noided me out a little, lol.
He’s got a neurological issue, I suspect. He has “happy hands” at the beginning of the video, and covers it with gestures for emphasis throughout his presentation.
That he’s able to work-through it, and still give a concise and lucid presentation is admirable.

Makes sense then, and yup - it 's good to know that if he has challenges that he has the determination and courage to put himself out there.
