Internal fraud assessment system has flagged your order

Anyone have this issue? They just refund? no reaching out nothing? I waited weeks for a holosun to be on sale and you they kept blocking my other order on my primary account that i have 8 orders totaling $3000 in past 2 months. Then i try my card and they deny my payment. So i was able to order on my other account and then the CANCEL comes, Why in the world would they think this was fraud with my address and good history ? Just crazy to me, its a little overboard. And yes ill call them but wanted to see whats up. Of course im sure they wont give me my pricing i got. also bought 3 slides 2 had bad cerakote or mars on them and crickets from CS. This is BUDGET equipment in more than one way. Ive been happy up until this issues.

You have 2 accounts? No wonder the system flagged you as fraud. You will need to call CS to get this worked out. Make sure you have an order number and ask to speak to someone in the fraud department.

They responded to me, they are taking care of it. “Thank you for alerting us to the issue with your recent order. We apologize for the error in canceling it. You will need to place a new order on the website from here. Refunds can take 3-5 business days for funds to post back to your account”

Glad they responded. Usually having multiple accounts and using multiple cards along with a different mailing address (seen sometimes, not saying you did that) will get you flagged in the system.

I ordered as guest on Black Friday and got great deals on a red dot and flashlight. I have ordered from PSA before using the same cc and address. I wonder if the system flagged me for using a vpn- which everyone is supposed to use when shopping over wifi! I am afraid their solution will be to have me reorder. I won’t be able to get the great sale prices if I reorder. Maybe that is the point. This inappropriate fraud flaggin makes me very sad.

The VPN almost certainly flagged you. Whoever told you to always use a VPN ordering online doesn’t understand thw authentification being used by almost every company out there to prevent fraud.

Yeah, VPN hiding your identity and IP address while trying to purchase Fire Arms or related items which require you to be forthright and prove you are who you say you are is in diametric opposition.

I can understand that from a logical and legal point of view.

I got flagged for different billing address than my drivers license address. I called PSA and they straightened it out right away. My new pistol was then shipped to FFL.

Not being on PSA’s bandwagon, although I will defend them, but all Manufacturers and retailers are under a lot of scrutiny, so they must be on guard. Also it protects you as well. Understandably upsetting at the time, but it all works out in the end…

I just had this problem and PSA customer service was worthless!

Like you, I’ve ordered several thousand dollars from PSA over the last few years using differing billing and shipping addresses.

I don’t feel comfortable getting deliveries at my home so I have them delivered to my best friend/coworker whose family is home during the day.
I asked if they could apply a waiver to the account seeing as how I have been using these differing addresses for years without any fraud, and PSA basically told me to pound sand.

They used to be one of my favorite companies but now I have no choice but to end my relationship with them and recommend that others avoid them.

It’s a shame that now that they’re growing, they can’t be bothered to expend any effort to help those who enabled that growth.

No other company in the gun industry would do what you are requesting. They are putting their own necks out there and the laws they must follow to prevent fraud. If you are the buyer, you have to be the receiver, not a relative, not a friend, not a coworker.
