Only issue is that you would need a metal slide catch or you run into the same issues as the metal 43x mags.
They used a dimple and from what they said to James Reeves on TFB, no damage noted. He mentioned that exact issue.

Im not going to be the guinea pig. Sheild Arms said their mag was fine also with a plastic mag catch.
Mec Gar makes good stuff so I’m less skeptical, I may try them.
