Know a good video on building an upper?

So here’s the deal, I bought the PSA AR-15 UPPER 5.56 16" MID-LGTH 1:7 NITRIDE DISSIPATOR - 5165449779 and have been shooting it with a screw on carry handle. But over the weekend Brownells had it’s striped M16A1 UPPER RECEIVER for under $100.

So I want to move the DISSIPATOR to the new upper. But while I’ve built a few lowers, I’ve never built an Upper, no less a carry handle upper.

Anyone know of a good walk through video??
