I’m up in NE PA, Monroe county, and don’t mind a bit of traveling. I’m looking for ranges that can get me out to 100-400 yards. Most public ranges I see are 100 yds and most other ranges in this area seem to be little more than tourist traps. Anyone know of any public ranges that can get me out past 100 yards?
I know it would be a haul from Monroe County, but the http://www.pa1000yard.com/ in the Trout Run gets you out past 400! 
Henny, thanks for the reply. That place looks interesting. Do they shoot closer than 400 yards or are they a 1000 yd competition club? I don’t think a simple 5.56 ar with a 1-6 lpvo would be much competition at that place, LOL!
They are a 1000 yard club. They do have berms that are closer.

I’ve shot many competitions at Mifflin County Sportsmen’s too. They have an assortment of shooting ranges. A rear club!
Cool, might have to make a trip just to be a spectator at an event, but it’s too far for a “run to the range” trip. More like a day trip, stay for burgers and beer. If I can find something just like it but a couple hours closer so I don’t mind the trip just to spend a couple hours on a range, that would be more what I’m hoping for.
