If it is a reusable type battery vape, the cartridges with the THC extract can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol. That restores function on the vape pens.
My wife uses the vape pens and at one point would get syringes of the extract to refill the cartridge. Overall a messy process to refill and clean but, it seems streamlined at this point, about 5 min and her vape is working.

Negative. I don’t partake personally, but don’t feel there’s anything wrong with those who choose to do so. I’m glad they opened up marijuana’s use for medicinal purposes and hope we’ll see it legalized at some point in the future.
I do have some negative personal experiences with my extended family’s excessive use of marijuana, but that’s not necessarily germane to the intent of this conversation.

My sister uses the gummies for her RA and swears it’s the only thing that works. Traditional opioids leave my entire family sick as dogs; there’s something about them that just kill our GI tract. The last surgery I had, I just took Advil and Motrin and then white-knuckled it through recovery and rehab.

I’ve never been one to take anything other than Tylenol and Goody Powders chased down with a bottle of booze. Hardly ever went to the doctor. I hate taking any meds at all but I have to for the rest of my life. If I can replace a 3rd of them with a natural substance then bring it on.

Like everyone, I have a story. Long story short, I’m in constant pain. I self medicated A LOT. Stopped drinking a few years ago. Stopped smoking, vaping, dabbing, eating edibles the last day before I left California.
I left a lot behind. The only thing I brought with me is my pain. I manage thou.
If you notice I post all over this forum. I try not to linger in this thread and the adult beverage thread. I’ve posted in both, but minimally.
No matter what you do. I truly hope you do better in the pain dept. Pain comes in all kinds. Physical pain can do many things to the mind and body. Sometimes you manage, sometimes it gets the best of you and breaks you down mentally.

I used one of the opiod pills after my last surgery white knuckled the rest of the way. Those things scare the crap out of me.
Edit: No I’m not bashing anyone who needs them and am in no way implying any sort of “I’m Bad ■■■ and suck it up buttercup” type of thing. I’m merely saying they scare the crap out of me. Prayers are definitely there for those in need.

Sadly we miss the biggest point here, and that is that we adults ,
all successful citizens , many with amazing credentials and life experiences.
when suffering with major health issues they NEED to LOOK outside the rules and laws to find a simple weed that may help free them from Narcotics use , if ONLY a little bit.
Yet doing so has such major implications with the feds.

As much as I’d personally love to spark up a bowl, I can’t, it’s flair up my Costochondritis which really sucks. I honestly dropped smoking pot 10 years ago because I had one of those factory jobs that tested a lot. Now that I’m self employed I can’t, because of the Costochondritis. Which also sucks because the only thing that helps that is big pharm

see, I’ve never smoked anything, or used anything. The Delta 8 and delta 9 edible gummies is the extent of what i’ve ever done. In SC we dont even have medical marijuana yet, and knowing our old boy house and senate in this state it may be decades before we get it… which really sucks for those of us who are on high doses of Opiates for legitimate reasons. What really pisses me off, and trust me i’ve seen the way the doctors have to do things, they refer you to a pain management doctor who practically is a revolving door for more and more pain meds… If we could have medical marijuana those guys would probably have half their business go away.
Jammo, before the cancer i would hardly ever take anything, even for the odd headache, i rarely had to take anything… now, i take a ton of mediciation each day… half the meds is to treat me because of the other meds im on. If i could take a gummy instead of having to take another pill of Delauded or Morphene sulfate… well that would probably be much better for me i’d bet from everyone ive talked to who live in states more free than SC is for Medical Marijuana … but only in time will i ever see.
