Having the same issue. Placed 2 orders a week or two ago with no issue and then went to place an order using a different card and got the error. Tried going back to my original card and the same happened. Neither card is showing an attempt to process on their end.

@Anthony_PSA I am also getting the “payment authorization rejected by processor” message. This is my 2nd time ordering from you guys and I’ve tried everything. My first order got canceled without me being notified, but I was charged for the item. My bank resolved that issue, but now I cannot purchase anything from PSA.
@Anthony_PSA I’ve also tried creating a new account with a different email adress…no luck.
Please do not try and create new accounts as they will be flagged and blocked as well. @Bandito I will PM you shortly. @mgibbins22 if you submitted a charge back you will need to contact CS to fix that.
@Anthony_PSA is there a particular reason why I’m not able to purchase from PSA now? I’ve tried resetting everything and the bank says it has to be on PSAs end.
@Anthony_PSA My first time using the website to order a rifle and I was very excited. So I ordered the rifle last week on the 7/27 and I received the email confirming that they got my order. Then I check my bank and verified that the money was drafted out. After that it went quiet so today I contacted customer service for an update and they told me that on 7/28 my order was canceled. I haven’t received any email alerting me that my order was canceled. So anyway I have the customer service representative verify that the item I ordered was still in stock. So I figure no harm I’ll just re-order. So I put the rifle back in the cart put in all my information again and when I try and pay for it it gives me the “payment authorization rejection from the processor” well I’ve been trying to figure this out all day but within that time the rifle I was trying to buy is now out of stock and needless to say I am very upset by this as I’ve had my eye on this for quite some time. Luckily y’all have the same rifle and some different colors so I was able to select the gray color instead of the black I originally wanted. But I’m continuously getting This error at check out no matter what I try. If the gun I’m trying to purchase becomes out of stock before I’m able to fix this problem I will be very disappointed.
@Patrick711 this is my exact problem. No matter what card I use, it doesn’t work. It’s almost like I’m flagged by PSA
Using multiple cards can cause a potential spam flag. That is just onebof a variety of things it could be.
@mgibbins22 have you ever issued a chargeback to PSA?
I’ve never have more trouble trying to give company my money before lol. Idk what to do but I already picked up ammo and accessories for the rifle I had ordered and thought it was coming in. So I’m not wasting all my money I’m definitely gonna buy the rifle but if it goes out of stock while I’m trying to fix this problem like the last one did. I’m already not getting the rifle I originally wanted but settled for. I’m just gonna order from another site if miss out on another on it’s not worth the headache.
My order was canceled without me being refunded or notified, so I got a hold of my credit card company and they’ve issued me a temporary compensation until they figure it out.
I contacted customer service and they confirmed that my order was canceled, but could not tell me why. I have been waiting 5 days now for an email from their finance specialist about why my orders aren’t being authorized.
You got your CC company involved. That’s why. Rather than waiting on PSA to sort it out.
No, I had my CC company get involved because I waited 3 days after the order status showed canceled and I had not been informed.
You should have contacted CS first. Now you have to in order to rectify it.
CS was notified first, and after 3 days of no response after a phone call with Tyesha, I called the cc company
I had the exact same issues you’re describing. It took awhile to get it resolved but they finally did.
Shoot a msg to @Anthony_PSA and he can help you. He took care of my problem.
