To people experiencing this, please also try disabling your ad blocker / vpn.
@xm177 There isn’t a straightforward way to resolve this. It could be a number of different things which makes it very difficult to diagnose.
When @Anthony_PSA or myself reach out we typically work through a list of known reasons for why a processing issue would occur.
It could be as simple as an adblocker or vpn causing cookie issues all the way to being flagged as a fraudulent purchase.
Hey Sean, I’ve been battling this for a week now. I’ve got way too many hours in this to justify, but I’m trying really hard to be a PSA customer!
After a couple days of no joy, I decided to try to checkout as a guest, and it worked!!! I made 4 different successful purchases as a guest, until yesterday, and it stopped working again.
Things I’ve tried: uninstalling my ad blocker, cleared my cookies, no VPN, tried 3 diferent computers, and 4 different browsers, in and out of incognito mode, from 2 completely different physical locations in town.
Things I’ve noticed… when I log in as a ‘registered’ user, and I remove EITHER my billing, or my shipping info, the website removes them both!
If I change the address on EITHER my billing or my shipping info, the website changes it on both!
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I still have money burning a hole in my pocket!
I am going to PM you with @Anthony_PSA and see if we can get to the bottom of it.
Hey guys, what’s going on? We’re approaching 3 weeks that I’ve not been able make any purchases from PSA, and a week ago that I found this form and notified you.
How long is this going to take? I’d like to be able to take advantage of Freedom Week but it’s halfway over today.
I am trying really hard to be patient and understanding, but this is getting ridiculous. It seems as though PSA just doesn’t give a crap.
Please tell me what I can do to help expedite this, or if I need to just do my shopping somewhere else?

For what it’s worth, I was having the same issue on mobile and PC. Never could get it to work on my phone, but ended up getting my order to go through after I disabled all of my ad blockers. It could be that something was keeping a script from running, or maybe I just got lucky, but I got through.
There are a variety of issues that are happening. In some cases PSA has had their bank cc processor call the bank of the user. In other cases trying multiple times has had a system flag get placed on the person for potential fraudulent charges.
When I got my latest check card it was activated with a block on all transactions where the card was not present, which meant no online purchases. Also, purchases where the card was present (in person purchases) had a $300 limit. I had to turn all of that crap off.
I’m having the same issues with my payments going through, it would be awesome if I could get some help figuring it out.

I’m having this same issue for a couple months now. @Anthony_PSA could you please look into this for me? My husband and I travel for work, so our address changes frequently, maybe that could be the issue

I’m having the same issue. Tried the recommended PSA solutions. Credit card company isn’t receiving / seeing the charge (or declining) so problem seems to be with the site. Is there a direct-dial sales # that I can place an order by phone? Tried the main PSA number several times - voice mail jail hangs up on me after pointing me to FAQ page. It shouldn’t be this hard to take my money. @Anthony_PSA any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
