@Anthony_PSA I’m having the same issues with “Payment authorization rejection from the processor.” Any help would be appreciated!
I have been experiencing the same problem for over a year. I have tried to place several orders using different computers, different cards, and checking out as a Guest. I even tried to create a new account. No luck. I emailed CS but never received a response. I am local and pick up my serialized items at the store. This began during Covid when I ordered a pistol online. After several months, I was still waiting to be notified it was ready for pickup. Calling CS went to VM and my emails went unanswered. I finally filed a dispute with my CC company. The pistol then became ready for pickup and the dispute was settled in favor of PSA, but I haven’t been able to order since. I’ve ended up making my purchases at Shooter’s Choice instead. I like the prices at PSA, but their CS is virtually nonexistent.
