Looks like our Purple State wannabe is starting to find its right mind for a welcome change.
The NC Senate Republicans secured a Vote to repeal the dated idea of Sheriff’s of the states 100 Counties controlling whom is allowed to obtain a Pistol Purchase Permit.
This time our Leftist Governor Roy Cooper does not have a Veto in his pocket to rule against us.
This is a small victory but a victory none the less . Pistol Purchases wilk go by the NICS System , just like Long Guns with 21 and over exception I’m sure.
This has No impact on the Conceal Carry Permit debacle in the larger counties, yet it should help eliminate the excuse of Manpower regarding delays.
This will also allow CC on some religious properties with schools.

Today I received a response from NC Attorneys General Josh Stein regarding a letter sent to his office .
My letter was regarding the Un-Constitutional overeach of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in terms of the endless Flip Flops regarding Pistol Braces.
I was reaching out asking the his office Not support any such actions against the law abiding citizens this Statute might affect negatively.
The impotent response was thanking me for sharing my concerns and welcoming my future input .
I hope we can oust this man from this and any other future offices in North Carolina. He clearly doesn’t represent Our best interests.
