So I watched a youtube video on shotshow 2022 and saw that PSA has a full size dagger coming out as well as the rock and the micro dagger. But didnt see anything else on it or on any other video is that actually coming out and does anyone know on time frame I would love to make one into a competition pistol just want to know if anyone else saw this too.

In the “Dagger 5.7” thread, Anthony said, “this year”. The Internet rumor is April. Of course, it’s not actually a full-size pistol. It has a compact slide and full-size frame.

Can you confirm whether a magwell compatible with the Compact Dagger frame should also be compatible with the Full-Size Dagger frame?
I’d be happy to loan PSA an SLR Rifleworks Dagger magwell in order to check the fit. I’m guessing Todd at SLR Rifleworks would be happy to give you one.

From what I know, YES, the grip itself will accept the same magwells as the compact. That being said, there isn’t a “FINAL” production model out yet. But if everything stays as it currently is, you should be good to go.

Jamin recently said that in addition to the “Short” Full-Size Dagger (G19X/G45), PSA will also offer a “Long” Full-Size Dagger (G17). The approximate timeframe for the Short Full-Size Dagger was April. Is the Short Full-Size Dagger still on track? Is there an approximate timeframe for the Long Full-Size Dagger? I understand approximate timeframes are subject to change.

I saw a thread on another forum that they are still on track for 2022 releases. The 17 size is actually more like the 19x from what i understand.
They have a micro dagger that will be out also.
The Rock 5.7, micro, and fill size (19x) all slated for this year.
As I mentioned, Jamin recently stated there will be both a G19X/G45 (sooner) and G17 (later). Last I heard on the G19X/G45 (which Jamin referred to as the “Short Full-Size”) was April. I haven’t heard an approximate timeframe on the G17 (which Jamin referred to as the “Long Full-Size”).
The last I heard on the Micro Dagger (G43X) was July to October.
The 5.7 Rock is currently on the PSA web site …
We’re also expecting the colored Compact Dagger frames, Micro Dagger 15-round polymer G43X magazine, and Compact Dagger “modular optic system” in the April-ish timeframe. We’re not sure what the modular optic system will entail. We’re expecting the .22 LR “Dagger” (?) in October, although I’m not sure it’ll actually be a Dagger. As I mentioned, approximate timeframes are subject to change.

You are correct sir. that is my understanding as well. I am not sure if im interested in the 19x size as much as i am the compact… But i definately am super stoked for the Rock.
There’s definitely both a Short Full-Size Dagger (G19X/G45) and Long Full-Size Dagger (G17) in the works. The Short Full-Size Dagger will drop first.
I assume you mean “as much as I am the the subcompact” Micro Dagger (G43X). The existing Dagger (G19) is a compact.

i have no ida what this discord server you speak of is, or its relevance. also who is WE? if its not the folks at PSA, i.e. Jamin, Josiah, Chad, Sean, Anthony, and a buncha others i know there, then its all hearsay.
and as for hanging out for free voice and text chat, well i have that here and am on the forum for a reason… so no ill pass on discord.
Have you seen anything more of this, I have the compact and now x-compact but really want a proper full size. I have a G17, 34 and 17L on Polymer80 frames but I hate them and love the dagger frame. I really want to switch those over.

Yes I have that, I am talking about one that will work with a G17, G34 and G17L slide. That will not, it will work with their slide that is the length of a 17 but not with a regular 17 slide. Its sort of a 19L and maybe its compatible with the G47. I am asking about that frame but that is set up to take a G17 slide.

This slide adapter dust cover would allow an aftermarket Gen 3 slide for G17 or G34 slide to fit the Dagger frames. I do not know if others are manufacturing this item.
