Don’t even NEED optics with that upper. Just lots and lots of mags, ammo, cleaning kit, and a case would be a good idea.
That is probably the best deal you will ever find to get a complete Magpul’ed AR (unless they decide to offer free shipping on either or both of those). Like Rick said, you just need mags and ammo to start shooting with it. I highly recommend Pmags. And, as you said, a red dot on top will get you on target even faster.
While its true you don’t NEED an optic to get started, it makes night and day difference. I’ve fallen in love with the sig romeo5 lately. Have it on an 8" mpx and half a dozen ARs and I am having a hard time talking myself out of putting one on a PSA AK-104 as well. If you watch for sales they get pretty reasonable, and I’ve had zero issues to date on any of them.
That said, there is real value in building a basic fundamental proficiency with your irons first if you haven’t already, but modern entry red dots do so much for so little, its hard to not recommend one.
As for cleaning, I like an appropriate bore snake, a cheap firm toothbrush, some old t shirts, and an aerosol can of whatever brand markets best to you.
I need four hundred and some change since I didn’t win the 5 lowers 
And like Dan said, that is a steal (especially if you’re into magpul and or FDE).

It may not be in stock in the store as the website and store do not share the same exact inventory. You best bet might be to order online. The lower will be shipped to the store that you choose, and the upper will be shipped to your house.

Just saw this thread, I got both blems, the upper and lower. Also ordered the 10 boxes of greenies and 10 pmags package. I first picked up the upper planning to swap the lowers back and forth from my 7.62x39 psa ar but decided after getting the upper to just get a lower as well. It came in 2 days ago and my lpvo came in yesterday and I ran off to the range after work to sight in the irons and mount the scope. Only brought one box of rounds with me. The 1:7 twist liked the 62gr greenies. Shoulda brought a couple more boxes though. Had a bit of a problem with the trigger resetting, that will break in after a while I’m sure. Happened with the x39 upper also.
