Thanks, GCO. There is a trophy shop on Forest Drive in Columbia that does really good work.
i’m familliar. they are who PSA started with back in the day that did all engraving for them. I’ve used them before for small flags on the sides of receivers.
Nice 1911! I have wanted one a long time. Just bought one and waiting for it to ship. I am very excited.
I got one of these ‘MACV’ pistols a couple weeks ago and it’s quite nice! The trigger job is fantastic, as is the cerekote. It feels nice and tight so should be nice range gun. I still haven’t shot it, so shame on me.

i really like the tiger striping on that Rock.
None of my 1911’s are PSA…. ![]()
well while that stinks, you can however post your other manufacturer 1911’s in the other 1911 thread that is not PSA specific… i’ve posted a good bit there
Family photo…all PSA. What’s missing is 2 PSA 1911 frames i have yet to complete. Working on one of them though.
After reblue and slide refinish on the 45, and new blue on the 9mm. 1 of the 2 PSA frames i had to finish on top.
45, 45, 9mm all built by me on PSA Frames.
One day. One day ![]()

Purchased this PSA government frame in November 2017 . Griffin Customs cut it down to commander size. Finished build last week of January 2025.
