Could be a difference in generation…I’m not a glock guy so I don’t know…but iirc they are making them in house like they do with all their other barrels (except FN barrels).
Could you show what the top of your slide and barrel look like and also the notch in your slide where the slide stop engages. Have you had any dry fire issues if you hold the trigger in, cycle the slide then release the trigger and it not move to reset?
I have confirmed that we are making these barrels in house.
Just got my dagger frame. Serials now begin with JJE instead of FG.
That might explain different stock numbers

heres some photos of mine, i took these before you replied with what you wanted to see. so if i dont cover everything forgive me.
Actually per Jamin on Arfcom, they Daggers sold complete will have the FG serial which means “For Guns” and the frames sold will have the JJE serial which stands for the three owners names “Jamin, Julian, Ed” or JJE Capital, whichever. so that should put all rumors and questions about what they mean to bed.
Your barrel and slide is pristine
well like i said she’s never been fired, and has only been holstered and an dry fired , id say under 50 times…
this is my first Dagger that has 200+ rounds through it.
my second Dagger I picked up last Monday, cleaned and dry fired about 15-20 times. with any luck today we will see how it works as a cordless hole puncher…
update after trip to range, worked extremely well to punch 60 holes in paper. trigger pin did start to walk, pushed it in and heard it click in place which is what my first one did and then never had the problem again. below is a picture after the range.

Can you take off your slide then let it slide back on, does it go straight back or does it hang up like this? All my G17s slide right back
That looks like it didnt go on straight and missed the rear rails. Will it align properly without having to force it?
It goes on the front rails smoothly, when it gets to the part of the trigger bar that extends upwards, it shifts to the right side, then it hits the trigger mechanism plastic piece at the ejector. I have to push the slide to the left to clear the trigger mechanism and ejector, I tested it and if I hold it pointing vertical and shaking side to side vigorously it will move enough to completely pass.
Ok, I would use the information that was sent to you to have it brought back in to be looked at. Include this new issue in with the rest of it, so they can make sure everything is taken care of.
Still want me to run it at the range before sending it in?
Its up to you. If the slide functions properly while its assembled, ok. If it gives you any sort of problems or feels like it binds, It’s probably safer to have it inspected first.
I ordered a complete frame about a week ago. Should be in any day now. @guitarguy can you tell me again what I need to complete it? Thanks!
@Waffenbauer slide, slide completion kit, and barrel. PSA has some parts in stock but otherwise go to AimSurplus. I think you can complete the top end for less than $200.
Double tap.
