Thinking about getting one of these.
All the reviews I’ve read are good and I’m not spending the money for a real Benelli.
Give me your thoughts please.
I’ve heard decent things. I know you said you won’t spare the 2k+ for an M4, but would you possibly spend $900 for the A300 Ultima? I think that’s the best deal going for a top notch semi auto these days.
Been looking at the A300 and like it but the Panzer is half the cost. I would have not considered it being a Turkish shotgun but since I’ve owned the Tokarev my opinion has changed. Not finding any negatives towards the Panzer.
Panzer was at The Gathering the other year with all their shotguns. Those guns were shot hard for two days and every gun just seemed to keep on going. They had some competition setups also that were pretty sweet. They earned some respect from me that day.
Black Aces Tactical lost a lot of respect when they were there.
This. And yes, i avoid BAT. Their guns seemed to have issues.

I will probably get a Panzer at some point. I like the wood version over the more tactical look.
It almost has an m2 look about it.
I have a Turkish semi I’m perfectly happy with, the Stoeger M3000 tac. It’s a clone of the M2. I paid roughly the same for it, $400 and change.
I think you’ll be fine with the Panzer. Even if it’s not 1000% reliable, if you’re not using it for home defense is it really that big of a deal for that price?
This is exactly what I came to say. I couldn’t believe how those guns put up with the abuse of that weekend, round after round.

This months American Rifleman did a nice writeup on SDS import’s MAC1014 and MAC2 Bennelli clones.

Shot a few rounds out of this one yesterday.

Did exactly what I thought it was going to do with that ammo and not being broken in yet, failed to eject.
I’m confident that it will be fine once I have a chance to get it broken in!
