*payment rejection from processor*

I’ve never had a payment issue online and I do have Proton VPN. That is until yesterday a strange thing happened. My BOA card I had just used the day before for a few boxes of ammo was declined due to incorrect input of the 3 diget security code, which I submitted twice, declined twice, so I used my BOA alternate and it worked. WHO KNOWS? I just hope BOA isn’t playing games. Ive since ordered a replacement card.

@Anthony_PSA i am having payment authorization issue as previously addressed by other customers. I am reaching out to see if my account/email can be fixed so I may partake in these Memorial Day sales please. Thank you. I have been having friends check out for me. Need help.

Firstly don’t freak out, read the rest of this post and follow the correct course of action. This error is normally resolved in a couple days if not sooner, but we do need your help to get it fixed. Please contact Customer Service and provide them the following information and let them know that you believe your account is flagged and being blocked.

Name-
Email-
Address-
Description of where error occurs-

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT post that information on this forum
Now you may be asking why am I getting this??? Well it could be:

  • YOU ARE USING A VPN (see below)
  • Your FFL info is wrong or out of date
  • Your billing and shipping info may not match
  • Your account may have been flagged for potential fraud
  • You have made a charge back or disputed a charge on an order from us (CONTACT CS )
  • You are attempting to purchase a restricted item for your location
  • OTHER

If you are using a VPN and it is making your IP address appear overseas, your order will be blocked until your IP address appears in the US.

Now these are some of the more popular issues we see with this error, that being said there are a lot of OTHER reasons this can happen.
