Since PSA seems to be having one of their part shortages does anyone know of a compatible pistol grip screw/base combo that fits the PSA receiver? I have my grip kept in with just a washer and a nut right now and that’s just janky and moves far too easily.
Brian,……welcome to the Forum. If you can use your phone to take a picture of the grip screw….especially in the receiver.
Sounds like you need the grip nut. There are a great number of AK parts suppliers out there. That grip screw nut from any AK supplier will work.
Circle-10 AK, Krebs Customs, Atlantic Fir——-we do not speak their name here….Primary Arms. Check those suppliers…plus just google it…you will find a lot more suppliers. It is a very common part…should be easy to get.

I dont have any of the AK specific parts, I just Jury-rigged something with some spare bolts, nuts and screws from the workbench. I looked around but the non-mil spec nature of the AK is making me pretty hesitant to purchase this part since all the manufacturers seem to make a different shape.

True….but this part is not one of those parts that people generally have to “hand fit”. This should drop in and fit…easy-peazy. Post a picture of your rig in our “Official AK Picture thread”.

Well PSA just got them back in stock this morning, so problem solved.
