What would be the most widely used or acceptable ammo used be shooters of the PA-15 rifle, the .223 ammo or the NATO rounds?

Either is fine. AR’s are “overgassed” so that they will function with ammo that will produce anywhere from 12,000 to 7,000 psi at the port of a rifle length system.
A 223 Remington 55 grain will be slightly slower than the published muzzle velocity for 223 Remington when used in a NATO barrel and, if you are using M16A2 iron sights, will not have the same elevations as the M16A2 sights.

i use this rule when it comes to 223 or 556.
all my guns are setup to shoot 556, however for range practice time or just plinking i shoot 223, for self protection/ shtf i have a store of good 556 for that. that way, i can shoot a little cheaper saving money while i practice, but i’ll be reaedy for the real stuff when the time comes.

hello all !!! having an issue with a firearm i just purchased this past weekend. its a panzer arms eg240 12 gauge semi auto shotgun. i went to go shoot it for the first time out the box and its not cycling the spent shell. i have to manually eject the shell. what could be the issue ? going to stop on the way home and grab a shot gun cleaning kit and oil her up some more . is it possible it just needs to break in ? thanks in advanced for the help !!!
It could be just a break in period is needed. You will have to contact panzer if it keeps giving you trouble.

That by it’s nature creates more spam. I need to post about a specific topic related to order cancellation. However, first I need to come up with some number of trash posts that will likely contribute nothing just to unlock the ability to ask the one question I need to ask. That’s like needing to drive to City A but being required to drive to 5+ other cities first so you don’t mess up the traffic in City A, which messes up traffic all over the state in the process.
