This is another disassembly guide but with instructions and pictures of doing a proper trigger job on any Glock firearm. This also applies to aftermarket triggers. If you have never done any work on a trigger assembly TAKE IT SLOWLY DON’T RUSH AND KEEP CHECKING YOUR PROGRESS. You are not removing materal. You are only smoothing out the milling marks and polishing it to a mirror finish.
If you start to actually remove and re contour angles on your sear and hammer you can cause your firearm to malfunction, shoot multiple rounds and even more importantly cause your firearm to be unsafe and fire if dropped or hit hard. Some of this applies to Glocks and some of it doesn’t. I am speaking in general terms of all trigger assemblies. If you really don’t understand how a trigger assembly works or the principles of doing trigger job then don’t try to do it.
