So I’m in a rush agains the governor he could sign bill 450 into effect I want to order two ghost 15 lowers but the time it would take to get to me the governor would sign the bill my FFL said if I got a bill of sale that I could do the backround check and as long as I passed and he signed it I would be okay how could I get a bill of sale I assume they would need the serial numbers to do the check can anyone with psa help
Isnt the conformation email a bill of sale. Or if you go to your recent orders? I go in day after i order and tell him he’s got something coming to him and we do the background. 
We got it figured ourgovenor or is signing bill tommorow when joe Biden gets here I was under the impression they needed the serial number to do the backround check but they don’t and I’m happy to say parts are not in the ban
The serial isn’t needed for the check. NICS checks don’t take serial numbers.
Since what he is doing is against ATF procedure (the item must be in possession and you present for the nics check) I wouldn’t suggest you publicize his actions.
if it helps, usually psa reciepts will have the serial numbers of the firearms on them when they are given to you. i know it doesnt happen when you order online, but maybe they include the reciept with the serial on it in the box when shipped??? just a thought, cause there would be your proof of sale with SN.

Never thought of that however what our governor is doing is against the law the FFL are pure blooded Americans and there trying to let people legally order them governor is signing the bill today so after today if you didn’t get your backround check passed you had to return it

Delaware they basically copied and pasted marylands list of banned items however parts are no in the ban thankfully scotus is working on it but who know when it will be overturned or if
that does suck. my dad recently moved to delaware too, but he’s not a gun guy so he doesnt care about it at all sadly… he does vote solid red though, so hopefully he’ll help that area out a little lol.
