How to do You look at reviews… Do you read,
Just the good ones…The Greatest thing since sliced bread…
Just the bad ones… absolute trash don"t buy it…
Or The Ugly…
This needs to be taken out and Buried and never spoke of again…LOL
Personally I read a few of the good ones just to see what people think…but more importantly
I read the Worse ones and the bad ones to see if there is a pattern to the decent about the product…
It has saved me money and time and My Pride… 
more times than I can count… I also back it up with YouTube reviews…
It is a proven fact that “Bad Reviews” can impact a produce more that a million good ones…
So how do you look at them…
Honestly, I don’t put too much emphasis on them. I approach it this way: If they sold 10,000 of something and only have 100 reviews and 95 of them are bad, that’s a fairly high percentage of bad reviews but a very low percentage of feedback.
Like most people, I rarely write reviews and when I do, they are rarely about something being good. More often than not, if I write a review, it’s because something was really bad or really good, or a special offer was involved if I provided feedback.
I don’t read the 1 stars or the 5 stars and I take everything in between with a grain of salt. But I do read reviews. They can be helpful, you just have to weed your way through them and omit the ones where someone is either obviously grinding an axe or related to the seller. The ones I hate are the people that give something a bad rating but then when you read it they love the product but hate that they had to wait a week for delivery. I want to know about the product, not if their mailman sucks.
I’m a big fan of 3 star reviews. They have some nuance. Some good, some bad, but both considered.

I’ll watch a lot of YouTube reviews or read PewPew Tactical reviews.
I trust the guys here if I had a question I would ask them.
I try not to have any kind of system for judging reviews, take them each for what they are. You can usually tell the people who know what they’re talking about vs the ones that are giving blind praise or complaining illogically.
Everything on YouTube comes with a grain of salt, there’s a ton of opinions but very few worth keying on.
Given my other thread about the Norma ammo…it’s times like that when the lowest rated reviews paint a picture of an issue… so they can prove to be a informative read.
Agreed… it’s like back in Jan we had 2 snow storms back to back, so did alot of the country, and what should have taken 2-5 days for delivery took almost 2 weeks… but not no-one’s fault…
Mother Nature does not have a complaint dept and for good reason too…

I loved Palmetto once upon a time. Every product I ever purchased was up to standard and good quality up until recently me and my partner have had 3 orders cancelled back to back AFTER PHONE VERIFICATION and live agents verbally promising me my order was correct and should be shipped, but here again with another cancelled order and no explanation.
Are you shipping to a different billing address? Have you ever done a charge back?
What were the reasons given when you inquired about the first and second cancellations?
I still haven’t been told a reason why. I called and they told me I would receive an email stating why between 24-48 hours and it’s been 72.

No I’m in Mississippi it was only a rifle bag, and two uppers that were cancelled back to back.
