Anyone know if lights for the original shield will fit the new Shield Plus? I bought one today and would like to put a light on it, probably a TLR-6.
It should as pic rails are pretty much standard.
They don’t use pic rails as they are subcompact, the lights attach to the trigger guard. It’s not like the Glock 19 I traded for the shield that had a rail under the barrel. I’ll try to post a picture tomorrow.
Gotcha. I figured you were using a rail mount, not that compression one streamlight makes (tlr9?) Always wondered about those because they have one for 1911s.
Here is a shot of it, it’s too narrow for a rail. I’ve asked the question in multiple forums, so hopefully someone will see it that has one and has tried it. It’s still so new, there isn’t much info out about accessories.

Streamlight says the TLR-6 Shield lights will work on the Plus. I will confirm when mine gets here.
