Shipping order

I have placed six orders in the month of August. All have arrived but one. When I call it says item has shipped, yet online it says processing. I normally wouldn’t be concerned, but two other orders I placed AFTER ths one have already arrived at my FFL . Those two orders listed my FFL as shipping destination, the one that hasn’t arrived yet list me as the destination even though it should be going to my FFL as well. I also received an odd email that my warrantly work was finished, and has shipped back to me. Only problem, I don’t have a current warranty claim.
I would love to talk to someone at PSA besides Liberty, and it would also be great if someone would read my emails and not just respond to the order number and say it is in processing but we all know that is no longer an option. Anyone have an idea for me?

You’ll need to call in PSA Customer Service bud. I’ve had similar things happen, not just with PSA. I’m willing to bet a dollar to donuts it is a simple mix up with your physical address, and the item being shipped needing to go to your FFL. A quick call to PSA CS will get this fixed for ya.
