Has to be management issues as their guns are/were golden as far as quality & “accuracy”.

In the interview with Jamin, Julian, and Ed, Julian said several companies had reached out to PSA to be bought. I wonder if KUSA reached out. It would have been a losing proposition because they were worth about $7mil but estimates I saw online said they had $8mil in debt.

That would have been a very interesting acquisition. I can understand buying a companies debt IF there is something worth buying. Maybe someone else would know but is KUSA sitting on any patents or contracts or IP?
I can’t imagine PSA would’ve been interested after all the time and money they’ve invested into building their own AK line. Maybe if they hadn’t done that, but what does taking on KUSA’s debts offer them other than risk?

yeah when I bought my kr103 and ks12t I had no idea about any of this stuff but I’m happy
KP9 was what I was going to get, when we joined a pistol club and it was our only steady place to shoot for awhile til I moved to where my backyard is my range. I had long wanted an AK and stumbled on these as an option at the time. But ended up building an AR9 from a mix of psa and Anderson bits, and forgot about the KP

That’s what I’m saying. KUSA would have to have something to make up for the debt. If they have something under wraps thats a hidden gem like patents or possibly warehouses of parts/ammo…maybe.

No big loss. I’ve had KUSA Aks before and PSA definitely builds a better gun. All of my PSA AKs have been flawless and I’ve put a lot of rounds through them.

My wouldn’t even shoot 3 bullets without jamming had to send it in 3 times. Then they told me no refund but I can pick any firearm on there website that’s in stock. What sense does that make lol. The girl kept telling me I was holding the mag causing it to Jam. Untill I finally sent a video and they had no choice to fix it. I’ve had the worst experience with this company
Never paid my son nor the photographer for a photo shoot for ads.
