Tuning suppressed 11.5

Hello folks,
I need help tuning my PSA 11.5 Carbine Upper.
Right now I have:
PSA Fluted Buffer Tube
PSA H3 Buffer
PSA Carbine Spring
PSA Ambi Charging Handle
Sylvan Arms Gen3 Folder
Witt Machine Big Body Two Two Three Suppressor

I’m getting quite a bit of gas to the face and I wanted to ask what else I should try.

I’m looking at Sprinco Springs, the PSA adjustable gas block, and potentially the VLTOR A5 system.

Thanks!

Adjustable gas block and gas buster (or similar) charging handle.

you need an adjustable gas block…i really like the Superlative Arms gas blocks

they vent the unwanted gas out the front of the gas block instead of just restricting it like most do

Seen all your mods but no adjustable gas block? Must have with suppressed weapons. My suppressed weapons came with decent factory adjustable gas blocks, however the adjust gas block from Rifle Speed looks awesome! https://www.riflespeed.com

Agreed, adjustable gas block is a must have. If you want further fine tuning adjustments you could go with an adjustable BCG like a Bootleg adjustable BCG.

Gotcha, so almost unanimous consensus is adjustable gas block.
Has anyone tried any of the other solutions first?
I’m doing my best to tune with/buffer springs before I start adjusting gas flow.

Springs will slow down the movement. They wont have any effect on how much gas comes back through the gas tube towards you.

Springs won’t fix the gas problem. If it’s overgassed because of the suppressor, gas adjustment is the only thing that will help solve it. Been down this rabbit hole on my supressed 300 blk.
