I’ve been dealing with PSA for awhile now and I just wanted to say I’m SO THANKFUL for their use of UPS and PSA’s low cost shipping. I’ve purchased ammo,etc in the past from other online retailers, shipping is always outrageously priced and 8 out of 10 FedEx shipments are lost, damaged or DELAYED.
SHOUT OUT to PSA for always looking out for the customer…they have repeat loyal customer here.

FedEx service sucks for sure, but what UPS is doing to the 2A community is some Marxist/Communist BS. I do get better service with UPS, but I’m very with their recent actions and policies.
I made an order last week from PSA and it ended up getting split. No big deal. The first item came in a few days ago through UPS. The second item is coming through fedex for some reason. I got an email saying it has “exceptions” and will be delayed?! I got a few more emails saying it’s going to be delayed because of exceptions and might be delivered tomorrow. And now I just got an email that says it’s out for delivery today?! Yeah, UPS stood their ground on a political issue that was against us, but they are still better than fedex… so far.
im no fan of UPS having had worked there for 8 years, as information technology they call TSG. that said, Fed ex is just as bad in my book, have had family that worked there and has the same opinion i do of them that i do of ups…so oh well. you cant win for loosing with the shipping companies.
i hope psa is looking at alternatives to shipping than UPS with how UPS is shitting on gun owners elsewhere.

I tried to do a return to PSA on a magazine last week. UPS flat out refused to ship it. I was forced to use the post office. The lady was full of it but she refused and I had no choice.
my last order from psa, i ordered 4 magpul items one strike charging handle and that 50.00 sig lamp deal. the sig lamp shipped first alone, got it a day ago… via ups. the strike charging handle arrived today in a box twice the size of the sig light, from ups, (this box was big enough to hold all 4 of the magpul items i ordered, and the charging handle and the sig light all together, yet it only held a strike charging handle.) and the 4 magpul things apparently are drop shipping from louisana via Fed ex. which is really odd. i dont knwo what to make of that as its the first time i have ever seen psa use fed ex, much less drop ship from somewhere other than their warehouse. so odd.
