Where’s the Ammo Plant Gonna Be Located?

yeah they have plans to make grendel. so its just a matter of time before he /they produce the 6.5 Grendel rounds. It is a great sign though with the.45acp coming online.

Looks like Sept or Oct '23 for 6.5 Grendel!

This is an interesting Facebook comment:

Jamin McCallum

We have a line dedicated to 6.5 G and 6mm ARC, it will be able to run both, but only one at a time. We are setting it up for 6.5 G first but it will eventually run 6mm arc

Looks like both 6.5 G and 6mm ARC! Now I’m going to have to check on a 6mm ARC upper.

7.65 french long when???

You’re going to get Gun Jesus posting here, you keep that up…

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Just bumping again for updates (preferably steel case stuff).

Last I heard they were thinking June or July. Is that still the case?

When I initially say this topic “Where’s the Ammo Plant Gonna Be Located?” My brain did a Forest Gump, “Wow someone’s sells a plant that grows Ammo!”

I havent heard anything lately. But they are making .40 and .45, which is a good sign.

If Soviet Arms deflates the price gouging for .30 Soviet, I may have to get another rifle. I sold my M70 because the ammo just got too high.

Bumping again. Maybe we are getting close?

I’m hoping they do it like the 5.7 and lead out with polymer tipped 7.62.

close to what? the ammo plant is up and running… hence we are getting all sorts of AAC Ammo.

@Cap is looking for updates on steel X39 @GamecockOperator

Yes

Will it be laquered sealed?

Good question. What’s the coating on the 5.7 and the Sabre slick ?

Proprietary.

I hope they eventually produce a 68gr. Steel core for 5.45, but it’ll be nice to just have some domestic production. It’d be extra neat if they sold this stuff in cans of 1k

Welcome to the forum @Hangar18

I couldn’t agree more! I would love some new production American made span cans baby :metal:

i do not have an ETA at this time on the steel x39, but i’ll try to find out if i can get one.
