Which ETS & KCI & Magpul Magazines work with Full Size Dagger?

So far I made this list, starting with magazines listed in one of the other threads -

https://palmettostatearmory.com/ets-glock-18-40-round-9mm-magazine-clear-glk-18-40.html
ETS Model Number GLK-18-40 40 Round

https://palmettostatearmory.com/glock-17-34-9mm-33-round-magazine-black-65971.html
Glock Model Number 65971 33 Round

KCI GEN 2 9MM 33 ROUND GLOCK MAGAZINE, BLACK
KCI-MZ008

THE BIG KAHUNA
Magpul 50 Round
https://palmettostatearmory.com/magazines/magpul-pmag-d-50-glock-pistol-9mm-50-round-drum-magazine-black-mag1033-blk.html
MAGPUL PMAG D-50 GLOCK PISTOL 9MM 50 ROUND DRUM MAGAZINE, BLACK - MAG1033-BLK

So there’s agreement that those 3 medium capacity magazines + the Magpul 1033-BLK are compatible with the Full Size Dagger.

Are these 2 ETS magazines also compatible with the Full Size Dagger ?

ETS 9mm, 170mm Competition Mag 27-Round Magazine for Glock Pistols
ETS Product Code: GLK-9-170

ETS GEN 2 9mm 32-Round Magazine for Glock Pistols
GLK-18G2

It would be great if there were a set of common & shared firearm industry specs for magazines, like the PC industry has for PCI-Express and PCI video cards, and for common connectors like USB.

IIRC Glock has a patent and TM on their mags, like they do with their logo.

I don’t know if Amazon sells Magazines -

but they do sell wall mounts for Magazines.

It sounds like it is reasonable to think that a magazine like this -

SGM Tactical Glock 17-19-26-34 Magazine 9mm, Any 9mm Glock, Black 33rd

MANUFACTURER NUMBER:
SGMT9G33R

would also be compatible with a Dagger.

But there was one Glock compatible magazine that people said was not Dagger compatible, the 1137 version of the Magpul.

Has anyone found a 15 or 10 round magazine that will work?

Hope this helps if you havent already found some. The site has a handful of options

Just put up an ad at the local gun range, maybe offering to pay $5 each.

Many handguns come with a smaller capacity mag like 10 or 15.

That “factory magazine” is usually a high-reliability magazine.

But people don’t always use them and sometimes they just become clutter in the gun bag.

Magpul offers a 10-round “competition” mag for glock type pistol with 17-round mag well. The PSA sku is 788767 and as I type this they are on sale for under fourteen bucks each.

“Competition” is the key word you want and it will help you find 10 round magazines for various pistols. Some types of shooting competitions have limits on magazine size. Ten rounds is logical since it’s a nice, even number anyway.

ETS mag quality has been spotty for me. I have two that work fine, a 22 (or is it 23?) and a 40 round one. The 27 round one needed some judicious filing and sanding for it to work. It was tight in the well and wouldn’t drop out at all, and it was jamming up and not feeding when I was testing with snap caps.

Digression: I have twenty snap caps plus some spent brass casings so I can fill even a large magazine without using live ammo. Put the cases in first, then your snap caps. This way you can fill a 40 round magazine for testing without having live ammo in the magazine, and without having to buy more snap caps.

For larger capacity, a Glock 33 round magazine has the metal liner like the stock-capacity ones. Not that much more money to get real Glock quality—unless you need to buy a whole ton of magzines, in which case I can see going to ETS, Magpul, or other cheap brands.

Amend 2 still garbage?

I run Amend2’s and they work fine. I prefer the huge baseplate on the 18 rounders for running in my plate carrier.

KCI has a 50 round Glock-compatible magazine in the Natchez paper catalog that is tempting.

Does Natchez honor their return policy ?
