I have read differing opinions based on state regarding this topic. Since existing and future (VA) bans center around features, a stripped lower could be built into a so-called assault weapon and it could be built into something that complies. Curious hearing from folks in states that have passed such bans if stripped lowers are still available. I’m trying to embrace the suck here in the Old Dominion but it ain’t easy.
In NJ you can still buy a stripped lower, today. it will cost $50 - $75 for FFL transfer alone like it was a whole weapon. By monday the anti USA might change that. You need to be involved with your pro 2A groups to be up to date. The anti USA gang Is working against you 24/7. We must do the same to them.
Thank God our family has owned property in Fl since ‘85. When NJ screwed all law abiding firearm owners with BS laws - ALL my NJ non complyment items went south. UZI - .30 M1 - 91 ++ mags.
Driving the speed limit for 1200 miles sucked though. ![]()
Good luck in Va and may the worms have at our new nitwit governors.
