So if this bill passed and assault weapons were banned with a grand father clause any striped lower I own would be legal is it still possible to then get and upper or lower parts kit shipped to my door or would that not be legal ??? This is so upsetting I even have to ask it passed the senate 22 to 19
I read thru the bill and it has a year grace period for purchases if the the bill is approved. I don’t know after that. There is a long list of banned weapons in the bill including rifles, shotguns, handguns, knives, and even martial arts equipment. I hope that everyone in Delaware contacts their Senators and the Governor voicing their opposition. Just another excellent reason to make sure you vote!
Delaware needs a change of guard
It has passed the senate and is awaiting the governor ughhh this sucks
