Q: Is my item on backorder?
A: No, Palmetto State Armory does not allow any type of backorder. In the rare case, that an item is not in stock you will be contacted.

Q: Can you take phone orders?
A: In certain cases we can take phone orders. However, we prefer that you order online. Ordering online also insures the quickest processing time.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card will be charged the day that you place your order.

Q: The item I received is incorrect or defective. How should I proceed?

Q: Should I have received a confirmation for my online order?
