It includes a necessary wrench for easily torquing the clamp screws, ensuring optimal installation. With a 30 MOA can't, this scope base is tailored for those looking to extend their 22LR range to 300 yd or more. Additionally, a 15 MOA option is available for varied shooting preferences. The rail features added real estate at the front, allowing for the forward positioning of your optic, which is particularly beneficial when using higher-powered scopes with smaller rimfire stocks. While slightly taller than traditional set-screw models adding approximately 1/2 inches to the dovetail height this design allows for compatibility with lower-height rings and mounts, maintaining an effective over-bore height for a comfortable cheek weld without requiring a riser. Thoughtfully designed, the base incorporates a built-in level to enhance shooting accuracy and the material is flared at the viewing area to facilitate optimal sighting while in the prone position.
