Traditional ARCA rails, while effective, often depend solely on friction, which can result in slippage under pressure, particularly when using a barricade stop. Our solution is the Arcalock dovetail rail system. • Proprietary dual-stage screw configuration
• The clamping screw is designed with two distinct thread pitches
• Rotating the clamp by 1/4 turn disengages it from the detents on the Arcalock rail, allowing for movement
• Rotating the clamp one full turn completely releases it for removal from the rail
• Attach the Atlas 2-screw bipods using the picatinny 1913 adapter
• The barricade stop can be installed as a standalone component on the clamp using the provided hardware or it can be positioned between an Atlas bipod
• To utilize the barricade stop feature with Harris bipods, it is necessary to purchase the barricade kit
• The clamp maintains backward compatibility with standard ARCA rails by removing the three pins, allowing for continuous sliding adjustment on the Arcalock rail
• The movable side of the clamp is designed with dovetails on both sides to prevent tilting
• The knob/screw design ensures that the clamp remains intact, even if excessively loosened
• The clamp and knob are precision machined in-house from 6061-T6 aluminum
• The screw is manufactured from 303 stainless steel
• Type III hardcoat black anodized clamp and gold anodized knob
• The rail maintains backward compatibility with standard ARCA accessories; however, it will not lock securely without our proprietary clamp
• The serrated fixed rear barricade stop remains unchanged; however, we now provide an extension plug that increases its height by an additional 1/2 inches
• Designed according to the RRS 1.5 inches dovetail standard, ensuring compatibility with lever clamps
• Engineered to secure to the rifle at up to four points, ensuring optimal strength and stability
• The design extends beyond the end of most rifle stocks, enabling a more forward bipod attachment, thereby enhancing stability
• Type III hard-coat anodized for enhanced durability
• The clamp is designed to attach directly to Atlas bipods using the manufacturer's original hardware, with the exception of the 2-screw bipods
• This compatibility applies only to the QD and NC models
• The universal rail design maintains the same footprint as our previous model
• Please note that there have been two revisions to the hole spacing; if you possess an early model, the hole spacing may differ
• The serrated sides of the rail engage with our proprietary clamp design to mechanically secure it in place, ensuring no movement occurs
• The serrations are not sharp and will not damage bags or harm your hands
