This pursuit led us down a comprehensive path, culminating in a process that results in serialized, final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, ensuring a grip that outperforms any other product available. Our rings start as distinct components, with bases and caps manufactured in batches. While many manufacturers send their parts for anodization and then simply assemble them, we incorporate additional steps to enhance quality. Once the components return from anodization, they undergo full assembly and are placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are meticulously torqued to specification over custom-made spacers, allowing the rings to securely clamp down on the optic. Final-bore matching occurs in our advanced machining centers, where each set of rings is precisely aligned for optimal performance. After machining, the rings are laser-marked as matched sets, with each one uniquely identified to ensure compatibility with its precision-bored counterparts. This rigorous approach guarantees that you receive scope rings of exceptional quality and reliability, crafted for discerning shooters who demand the very best in performance.
