This commitment led us to develop a unique process that results in serialized, final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, providing a grip that ensures your optic remains securely in place. Our scope rings start as separate components, with bases and caps produced in batches. While many manufacturers typically send these parts for anodizing and then assemble them, we take additional steps to enhance the overall quality. Once the parts return from anodization, they are meticulously assembled and placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to specification over custom-made spacers, allowing for even compression around the optic and ensuring an optimal fit. After assembly, each set of rings undergoes final boring in our state-of-the-art machining centers, which guarantees unparalleled alignment and precision. Once the machining process is complete, the rings are marked with a laser, uniquely identifying each set to match its precision-bored counterparts. This rigorous process ensures that our scope rings provide a secure and dependable connection between your firearm and optics, enhancing your shooting experience with confidence and precision.
