This commitment led us to develop a meticulous process, resulting in final-bore matched rings featuring raw aluminum internals. This innovative design ensures a grip on your optic that surpasses any competitor, providing unmatched reliability and accuracy while maintaining robust performance without unnecessary weight. Unlike standard mounts, which are typically made from separate parts, our production process is a cut above. We meticulously manufacture the bases and caps in batches, but we go beyond the typical steps. Once the parts return from anodizing, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. Each cap is torqued to specification using custom spacers, allowing the rings to securely torque down on the optic. Finally, we complete the process by final-boring the mounts in sets at our world-class machining centers. Each mount is carefully inspected and packaged to guarantee that you receive a product that has been finished to perfection, ensuring you have the utmost confidence in your optics.
