This commitment led us on an extensive journey, culminating in a sophisticated manufacturing process that yields final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals. This innovative approach provides a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more accurate than any other option available, all while delivering exceptional robustness without unnecessary weight. Like most scope mounts, our products begin as separate components. We produce the bases and caps in carefully controlled batches. While many manufacturers merely fabricate these parts, anodize them and assemble them, we take the process further by implementing several critical additional steps. Once the parts return from anodizing, we fully assemble them and position them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are then torqued to precise specifications over custom spacers that ensure optimal contact with the optic. Finally, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, where they are grouped in sets. After rigorous quality control checks, each mount is meticulously packaged to ensure you receive a product that has been finished to perfection. This dedication to quality guarantees that your scope mount will provide unmatched performance and reliability in the field.
