Our mounts begin as separate components, much like many others on the market. However, we take a more meticulous approach in our manufacturing process. We produce the bases and caps in controlled batches, ensuring every part meets our stringent standards. While many manufacturers simply fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and then assemble, we go the extra mile. Once the components return from anodizing, we fully assemble them and position them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to precise specifications using custom spacers, allowing for an optimal grip on the optic. The final boring process takes place in our world-class machining centers, where we ensure that each mount is finished to the highest standards. After undergoing rigorous quality control checks, the mounts are packaged meticulously, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been perfected down to the last detail.
