This pursuit led us to an innovative process that results in final-bore matched rings featuring raw aluminum internals. This design not only provides a grip on your optic that is more dependable and precise than anything else available but also achieves remarkable robustness without the burden of unnecessary weight. Our mounts, like most, start as separate components. We produce the bases and caps in controlled batches, allowing for meticulous quality control. While many manufacturers simply fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and then assemble them, we elevate the process with additional steps. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to exact specifications using custom spacers, ensuring the rings have the necessary space to securely clamp down on the optic. After this assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, where they are finished in sets. Each mount then undergoes a rigorous quality control check before being carefully packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been crafted to perfection. This unwavering commitment to quality ensures that your scope mount delivers exceptional performance and reliability, empowering you to make the most of your shooting experience.
