Our mounts, like many others, begin as separate components. We manufacture the bases and caps in carefully controlled batches to maintain the highest quality standards. While many manufacturers simply fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and then assemble them, we take additional steps that set us apart. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and secure them in-specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are meticulously torqued to precise specifications over custom spacers, ensuring optimal contact and a secure fit on the optic. Following assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, where they are finished in sets. Each mount is subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being carefully packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been crafted to perfection.
