This dedication led us on an extensive journey, culminating in a meticulous process that results in final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals. This design ensures a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more precise than any other option available, providing incredible robustness without the added burden of unnecessary weight. Our mounts begin as separate components, similar to many others on the market. However, we take a unique approach by manufacturing the bases and caps in controlled batches, ensuring the highest quality standards at every stage. While many manufacturers fabricate these parts, send them off for anodizing and simply assemble them, we go above and beyond by incorporating additional steps into our process. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to exact specifications over custom spacers, allowing the rings to securely and optimally grip the optic. After assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, ensuring precise alignment and fit. Each mount is then subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being carefully packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been finished to perfection. This unwavering commitment to quality ensures that your scope mount will deliver exceptional performance and reliability, empowering you to excel in any shooting scenario.
