When we set out to create the perfect scope mount, we aimed to design a product that delivers reliability and consistency at a level unmatched in the market. This journey led us to refine a process that produces final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals, ensuring a grip on your optic that is both more reliable and precise than anything else available, all while maintaining exceptional robustness without unnecessary weight. Our mounts begin as separate components, with the bases and caps manufactured in batches. While many manufacturers simply send these parts for anodizing and then assemble them, we take additional steps to enhance quality. Once the parts return from anodizing, they undergo full assembly and are placed back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are then torqued to specification using custom spacers, allowing the rings to securely clamp down on the optic. Finally, the components are final-bored as sets in our state-of-the-art machining centers. After machining, the mounts are removed as sets, subjected to rigorous quality control and carefully packaged to ensure you receive a product that has been finished to perfection. With our meticulous approach, you can trust that your mount will provide outstanding performance and reliability in any shooting scenario.
