This pursuit led us to develop a meticulous process that results in final-bore matched rings, featuring raw aluminum internals. This innovative design ensures a grip on your optic that is more reliable and precise than any other option available, delivering remarkable robustness without the burden of unnecessary weight. Our mounts, like most, begin as separate components. However, we take great care in manufacturing the bases and caps in controlled batches to uphold the highest quality standards. While many manufacturers will produce these parts, send them for anodizing and simply assemble, we take extra steps to enhance the overall integrity of our product. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and position them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are then torqued to exact specifications using custom spacers, ensuring optimal pressure and a secure fit on the optic. Following assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our world-class machining centers, ensuring precision and alignment. After passing through a rigorous quality control inspection, each mount is carefully packaged to guarantee you receive a product that has been finished to perfection.
