This commitment led us down an intricate path, resulting in a process that delivers final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals. This innovative design ensures a grip on your optic that is more reliable and precise than anything else available, along with exceptional robustness that avoids unnecessary weight. Our mounts begin as separate components, much like most products on the market. However, we take a more meticulous approach by manufacturing the bases and caps in controlled batches to maintain stringent quality standards. While many manufacturers will create these parts, send them for anodizing and then simply assemble, we take several extra steps to enhance the final product. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to precise specifications over custom spacers, allowing the rings to achieve the optimal grip on the optic. Following assembly, the mounts undergo a final boring process in our world-class machining centers, ensuring that every detail is perfected. After rigorous quality control checks, each mount is carefully packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been finished to the highest standards.
