This dedication led us on an in-depth journey, resulting in a meticulous process that produces final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals. This innovative design provides a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more precise than any other option available, delivering impressive robustness without unnecessary weight. Our mounts, like many others, begin as separate components. However, we approach manufacturing with a focus on quality, producing the bases and caps in controlled batches. While many manufacturers fabricate these parts, send them off for anodizing and then simply assemble, we go above and beyond by incorporating additional steps into our process. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and secure them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are meticulously torqued to precise specifications using custom spacers, which allow for optimal grip on the optic. After assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our world-class machining centers, ensuring precision and perfect alignment. Each mount is then subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being packaged with care, guaranteeing that you receive a product finished to perfection.
