This pursuit led us down an extensive path, resulting in a process that yields final-bore matched rings featuring raw aluminum internals. This innovative approach provides a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more precise than anything else available, offering remarkable robustness without unnecessary weight. Like most mounts, ours begin as separate components. We manufacture the bases and caps in carefully controlled batches to ensure the highest quality. While many manufacturers will produce these parts, send them for anodizing and simply assemble, we take additional steps to elevate our product. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to exact specifications over custom spacers, allowing the rings to securely grip the optic. After assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our world-class machining centers, ensuring precise alignment and fit. Each mount is then subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being meticulously packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product finished to perfection.
