This dedication led us on an intricate journey, ultimately resulting in a process that yields final-bore matched rings with raw aluminum internals. This innovative design ensures a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more precise than any other mount available, while providing remarkable robustness without adding unnecessary weight. Our mounts, like most, begin as separate components. We manufacture the bases and caps in controlled batches to uphold the highest quality standards. While many manufacturers produce these parts, send them for anodizing and simply assemble, we take additional steps that set us apart. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and place them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to exact specifications using custom spacers, ensuring optimal contact and a secure grip on the optic. Following assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, ensuring precise alignment and fit. Each mount is then subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being meticulously packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product finished to perfection.
