When we set out to create the perfect scope mount, our objective was to design a product that delivers an unparalleled level of reliability and consistency qualities that are simply unmatched in the market. This journey led us to develop a sophisticated process that results in final-bore matched rings featuring raw aluminum internals. This design ensures a grip on your optic that is not only more reliable but also more precise than anything else available, providing exceptional robustness without the burden of unnecessary weight. Like most mounts, our products begin as separate components. We produce the bases and caps in controlled batches to maintain the highest quality standards. While many manufacturers will fabricate these parts, send them for anodizing and then simply assemble, we take additional steps to enhance the integrity of our product. Once the anodized parts return, we fully assemble them and position them back into specially designed rail fixtures. The caps are torqued to precise specifications over custom spacers, which allow for optimal grip on the optic. After assembly, our mounts undergo a final boring process in our state-of-the-art machining centers, ensuring precision and alignment. Each mount is subjected to rigorous quality control checks before being meticulously packaged, guaranteeing that you receive a product that has been finished to perfection.
